2017 Library Prize for Undergraduate Research
As part of Undergraduate Research Week, the UCLA Library will be presenting its Prize for Undergraduate Research awards. This prize honors excellence in undergraduate research as exemplified by the use of library resources and services. Research award ceremony and reception will be held on May 23, 2017 at 4pm in Powell Library. All are welcome to attend!
Adrienne Uhlyarik, Deven Patel, and Alexa Sheldon’s EEB paper was the first place winner of this year’s 2017 Library Prize for Undergraduate Research in the Sciences category. Adrienne, Deven, and Alexa are recognized for their paper "Raiding and Foraging Behavior of Megaponera analis in the Dja Biosphere Reserve of Cameroon." The prize includes a monetary award of $700, funded by UCLA alumna Ruth Simon.
